Lower the heat and add the rice flour all at once. Stir vigorously with a wooden spatula until the flour completely absorbs the water and no dry spots remain. 3. Wet your hands with a little warm water and firmly knead the dough while it is still warm. 3. Knead for 5–7 minutes until it becomes completely smooth, soft, pliable, and crack-free.
