In these posts, our Ganpati Bappa is seated beneath an intricate golden arch decorated with layered floral patterns and carvings. Layers of white and pink flowers rest at his feet alongside brass lamps, while people gather before him with offerings in hand. Above, the high ceiling blooms in concentric golden and pink petals, framing the whole setting in a warm glow. This is how we took darshan of Bappa together this year.
