My experience with ganpati

This is our experience with Ganpati, sitting gracefully on an ornate carved throne backed by a peacock feather design. Our Bappa is dressed in soft pink silk with delicate mirror work, wearing a matching turban and golden jewellery. Above him hangs a sparkling chandelier, framed by curtains of pink roses, white drapery, and arrangements of tulips and baby's breath. A plate of freshly offered modaks rests in front, accompanied by his little white mouse. This is how we welcomed Bappa into our home this festive season.
