Ganpati experience
For our Ganpati experience, our Bappa sits inside a white arched mandap with decorative carved edges. A warm light shines behind him through a floral panel, and we arranged bright orange, yellow, and pink flowers around his feet. A small brass diya flickers at the front, with an incense stick releasing smoke gently to the side. Next to the shrine, a potted plant rests with tiny lights glowing among its leaves. This is how we welcomed Bappa into our home this year.
