My experience with ganpati

For me, Ganeshotsav has never been just about the celebration. It’s about those little moments and memories that make this festival feel so special every single year. Since childhood, I’ve always loved the excitement at home — getting everything ready, decorating, helping with the preparations, and just waiting for Bappa to come home. And somehow, even the simplest things become memories — decorating together, enjoying festive food, and spending more time with family. What I love most is that every year, we repeat some of the same traditions, but somehow they never feel boring. They just become a part of who we are. The food, the music, the decorations, the prayers… everything has its own feeling during Ganeshotsav. And I think that’s what makes Ganeshotsav so beautiful for me — it brings everyone together and gives us memories that we carry with us long after the celebrations are over. That’s what Ganeshotsav means to me — family, traditions, happiness, and of course, Bappa. ❤️ Ganpati Bappa Morya!
