My experience with ganpati
For my experience with Ganpati, we welcomed Bappa into a small cave setting we crafted at our home. Our little Bappa sits beside a gentle white calf, surrounded by thick garlands of bright yellow marigolds and red flower petals. Behind them, a dark backdrop shaped like a Shivling is painted with sacred white markings, set against rocky textures beneath an orange canopy. We placed a sacred kalash with a coconut on one side and offerings of bananas and sweets nearby. This is how we celebrated our Bappa with devotion this year.
