आजची पिढी गावची पारंपरिक शेती सोडून मुंबईला नोकरीसाठी जातात.पहिल्या काळातली माणसं घरचा काम सांभाळून शेती करायचे .तसेच ते आपली संस्कृती सण परंपरा जपायचे.परंतु आज कुठेतरी त्याचा ऱ्हास होताना दिसतोय.गावची माणसं जमीन विकून मुंबईला स्थायिक होतात.हे कुठेतरी थांबायला पाहिजे .आणि त्यावरच जनजागृती म्हणून आमच्या मंडळाने खेड्याकडे चला असा देखावा करून जास्ततीत जास्त तरुणान गावाकडे शेती करण्याचा आवाहन व संदेश दिला आहे.
