Visharjan
For our Visharjan, our Bappa rests gently in the rippling water as we say our farewell. He is adorned in a pleated pink headdress and a red embroidered vest shining with golden thread and jewel work. In his hands, he holds a sweet modak and sacred emblems while the water flows softly around him. This is how we bid goodbye to our Bappa this year with full hearts.
