What ganesha is to me

What Ganesha is to me is reflected in this quiet moment with our Bappa at home. Our idol is adorned with thick yellow marigold garlands and a glittering crown. Dressed in a deep red outfit with ornate earrings, someone leans in close to rest a forehead gently against Bappa. Bright yellow drapes and hanging flower strings decorate the space behind him. This is how we felt Bappa's comforting presence in our home this year.
