Aamcha bappa

Here is our Aamcha Bappa, placed gently upon a table spread with a clean white cloth. He wears a purple dhoti and strings of bright yellow marigold blossoms, along with a tiny painted shawl over his shoulder. In front of him sits a shining copper kalash with a coconut and green leaves, beside a brass plate prepared for the puja. Warm fairy lights glow above against the draped white and maroon fabric all around the hall. This is how we welcomed our beloved Bappa this year.
