My experience with ganpati bappa
This is our experience with Ganpati Bappa, who sits adorned with red roses and bright marigold garlands upon an ornate seat in our home. A woman in a pink sari sits beside the shrine with hands folded in greeting, framed by floral pillars and traditional decor. On the carpet before him, we arranged plates of modaks, bananas, burning incense, and a small brass oil lamp. This is how we welcomed Bappa into our home with warmth and prayer this year.
