My experience with Ganpati

In my family, bringing Ganpati Bappa home was something my grandmother started. I was really little back then, but I still remember how different the house felt whenever Bappa came home. My grandmother would prepare everything with so much love, and somehow, we all became a part of it. Over the years, it slowly became one of those traditions that feels like a part of our family. Even today, bringing Bappa home gives me that same little feeling of happiness I had as a child. And maybe that’s why visarjan always feels a little emotional. Because for those few days, Bappa feels like a part of our home… and then suddenly, it’s time to say goodbye. But there’s always one thought that makes it easier — *he’ll come back next year.*🤍
