गणपतीसाठी उकडीचे 21 मोदक
माझ्या बायकोने पहिले गुळ आणि खोबरे बारीक करून घेतले त्यानंतर ते एकत्र होईपर्यंत शिजवून घेतले. तांदळाचे पीठ गरम पाण्यात घाटून घेतले आणि नंतर मळले. ते थोड्या वेळासाठी ठेवून दिले. मग आम्ही तांदळाच्या पाऱ्या करून त्यामध्ये सारण भरले आणि ते मोदक उकडून घेतले. बाप्पाला त्यानंतर आम्ही 21 मोदकांचा नैवेद्य दाखवला.
