तांदुळाच्या पिठाला उकडी काढून घेणे नंतर खोबरे किसून त्यात गुळ वेळची तूप टाकून चांगलं अर्जुन घेणे नंतर उकड काढलेलं पीठ चांगलं मळून त्या नंतर त्या पिठाचे छोटे गोडे करून लाथी करून घेऊन त्यात खोबऱ्याचे सारण भरणे नंतर लाथी ला पाकळ्या करून मोदक बनवून घेणे व उकडण्यासाठी ठेवणे 15 मिनिट नंतर मोदक तयार
