Pehle nariyal aur gud ko ghee me paka kar ilaychi daali. Phir chawal ke aate ko garam paani me gundh kar katori banai aur mixture bhar kar modak ka shape diya. Aakhir me 10 minute bhaap (steam) me paka kar Bappa ko bhog lagaya.
